Karen Foster Design Sneak Peek Tuesday and Shimmering News

Welcome to day two of peeks! Today the Design Team are showcasing projects made with the new Family Fun, Cheer, Tropical Vacation, and Waterfowl Hunting themed collections.

I really enjoyed the new Tropical Vacation collection.  I got to work with it shortly after my return from the Carribean cruise. My favorite paper is this adorable sheet of waves. I cut the waves out and stacked them on top of each other to simulate the waves coming, they look pretty cute!

On a different note, Shimmerz is releasing new products for CHA Winter 2011!!

Coloringz is a brand new product line in the Shimmerz family. They are super opague with highly saturated colors, and without any shimmer.  There will be ten colors in this release for Coloringz on January 20th…check out these color names:
Mama Sings The Blues – a bright turquoise color
Mandrin My Tie – an orange / yellow color
My Bleeding Heart – Deep, bright red

Anchors Away – Deep navy blue

Valentino – is similar to the Pantone color of the year for 2011

Ivy League – an olive green

Lime In Da Coconut – a bright lime green

Mon-Shari – a vibrant blue / purple

No Yolking – a super bright yellow

Pink Stiletto – a hot, hot pink

Tropical Tan Line – a vintage tan

Shimmerzingz is yet another brand new product line in the Shimmerz family. They are super shimmery sprays with only shimmer and no color! This means you can now customize your art work. For example, you can spray navy blue color and add gold shimmer on the top. You can use Shimmeringz over the top of your favorite ink or just add a sparkle to your flowers with no color. Oh the possibilities.  There will be five Shimmeringz to debut this line.
