January Midnight Rooster Giveaway

For a change, I'm going to post my most favorite layout from the January Midnight Rooster kit first. These photos are from a couple of years ago, and finally, I scrap this period of her life when doing puzzles was her number one entertainment.  Seriously, anytime, anywhere, she was ready to put together her puzzles!

For my layout, in my resolve to use my Cricut more, I cut out the puzzle pieces using the My Community cartridge.  I quite love how they enhance the theme of my layout.

Here are some closeups of the puzzle pieces and the stitching. I think hand-stitching always add that air of sophistication to a layout. Oh it sure was time consuming, but I do enjoy the mindless activity of stitching once I make up my mind to do it :)

Now onto the giveaway. Look at this glorious mini-kit.  Good golly, I wish I'm eligible to win!!  Seriously, how fun, how bright, how cheerful, how totally me, eh??  Who wants to win it for me??  lol.

Okay, so here's the drill.  You have until midnight Sunday to answer my question on this post to be eligible to win this mini-kit.  I will post the winner on Monday and the winner must respond by midnight Monday to claim this drool worthy mini-kit!  Now drum roll for my question... How many home teams will win their NFL wildcard games this weekend?  For extra credit, which teams? :)

I have no idea to your answer (I wasn't going to enter anyway since I won the fabulous mini kit from last month). I'd like to say I follow such football teams but I don't. My Panthers were out of playouff range probably the second game? I did, however, want to stop by to say-my oh my is that stitching amazing! I love how it brings your elements all together.

Darn -- I know virtually nothing about NFL football. If you were asking about the Canadian Football League and my Saskatchewan Roughriders, I could probably answer!! Would love to win that cute kit, though, so I'm posting anyhow. ;)

There are two wild card games this weekend, so there will be two winners. I should have answered this before dh went to bed so I could have asked him who will win. Oh, well.

I love your layout and those puzzle pieces. And I would love to win that mini kit.

Jing Jing what a work of art! Just love this one! I agree that stitching is the perfect touch and I myself have been doing it also! Just love those puzzle pieces from My Community. I've neglected my Cricut for so long. Need to dust it off and use it, as I got two cartridges for Christmas!!! As for your give away - don't have a clue. I know the Eagles are in the playoffs but don't know who has home team advantage. Sorry, can't you tell I don't watch much football? I'll pull a number out of my dusty brain and guess 3 teams!!!!

Have a great weekend, my friend! :-)

Love this layout! Great job using your Cricut--I don't have one but I do have a Slice and should use it more.

The hand-stitching adds such a nice touch.

As for the NFL question, you are so generous to allow until Sunday night for answers. I may just wait until then to post ;)

BTW--watching the Seahawks right now.

If you asked an NBA question, I might be able to make an intelligent comment, but any other sport... not so much!

Ok, well, I wouldn't have been able to answer your question if my life depended on it... just don't tell my co-workers.
