December for the Rooster

Well folks, it's time for December's Midnight Rooster mini-kit giveaway!!  Are you ready?  Check it out ->

Now to be entered into the monthly drawing, I need some suggestions for Christmas ideas for me, the scrappy kind.  I'll be buying the "gifts" myself of course, bottom line: wanna spend some money, what should I buy? LOL.

Here is a layout I did using Midnight Rooster's December kit.  I quite adore this photo.  She just looked beautiful and that's all I really cared to scrapped and remember.

I used a die-namics die from My favorite Things to roll these rosettes.  You can find it here. I glued the bottom with some Helmar 450 quick dry and set them under some heavy things hoping to flatten them just a tiny bit, lol.  Of course, let's not forget my favorite PI gal, holding a sweet apple, looking oh so cute!  You can find her here
That's it folks, now don't forget, scrappy gifts suggestions for yours truly... :)  You have till the end of the day Saturday.

Oh, oh, this layout is so sweet. Great use of the playing card on a GIRLS layout! I really think you could do wonders with some of this, and that you'd like it a LOT: http://www.thetwinery.com/product/twine-sampler-pack

Gorgeous LO...as always! Hmmm...scrappy gifts? Right now I'm loving Mister Huey and the new Jenni Bowlin paint daubers. I also adore Tim Holtz's 12 tags of Christmas, so I would love to gift myself everything on his supply list! Now if you've been a really, really good girl...would love to have the Vagabond machine- wowza! Anyway, hope you get some great scrappy gifts!

Let's see....personally I'm always drooling over Jen Martakis' new Silhouette projects and keep thinking I need to put that on my list of wants (or is it needs?).

I just adore this layout Jing Jing! Such a precious picture, that look of innocence! After seeing you use it several times, I just had to order the die-namic die that you use! I know Santa is bringing me all of the new piercing tools from We R Memory Keepers, perfect for adding the sewing touch (made easy) to layouts!

ideas? Teresa Collins Stampmaker or an Archiver's Giftcard?

You are right, she does look cute in the pic. Nice layout. I would say purchase a gift card to BPS. They have some great classes coming up and I am really into scrap classes right now.

The layout is just precious! Thank you for sharing :) Something I've been wanting is a vintage typewriter--I love the look of typed journaling on scrapbook pages, as well as sentiments on cards.
