Face Paint

I am no longer a face painter :)  To think I used to paint my face in my 20's when I least needed it!  But I am now a mother to face painters!  So far, they only paint their faces with actual face paint :)  I have more such fun photos and I look forward to scrapping more of them in the future :)

I used Laina Lamb's digital cuts to create the top note border.  That little princess on the lower right hand corner is a stamped image from My Favorite Things.  She is so so so cute! I added a Making Memories crown on her head for good measure, hee hee...  Thank you Aubree for the blue papers and the MM rubons :)  I'll take another box of your cast-offs any time!

And lastly and not least, this layout was for TCR palette 9, and I used Lydell's sketch too!  Fabulousness all around!  Thank you for checking, it's almost time for the weekend!!

Oh my gosh! A. is just the silliest thing! Better work on her face painting skills before prom time! lol!

Love this LO. May even be inspired to post on TCR this week thanks to this one? Nah, couldn't be!

Oh how I miss the Dora clothing days (and the Dora tv show, too, for that matter. It's been replaced by Hannah Montana & The Suite Life of Zach & Cody. So NOT educational.)

Another FAV LO! Love what you did with the color combo/design... LOVE those photos (priceless!), love the title letters & love the little girl with the crown! Awesomeness!

Hope you have a FABULOUS weekend!

I gave you those papers and rub-ons? Hmm, maybe I should be more discerning when I put things in the box. This layout is fabulous and I love the new TCR color scheme. May have to play this week....

Amazing layout for sure. I love the little grouping of goodies in corner. My little guy painted not only his face but his entire body one day...and yes he moved way past the face on body parts.

Teeheee. That pic is adorable and i love your LO. I too have gone minimalistic on the make-up as I have gotten older. Kind of figure there is nothing much that can be done to make me look decent anymore so just accept the inevitable and save the money I would have spent on cosmetics and spend it on scrap stuff! LOL!

Your "baby girl" is so, so cute! Good thing she is starting to practice now. *wink wink*

I was thinking the same thoughts regarding make-up. I got up so early before school in my teen years to primp! Is it bad that I truly cannot be bothered now?

I just love your fun take on the color combo and sketch! I'm not sure that I will be immediately inspired by those colors, (although I like them very much!)However, I just might use the sketch soon,...I love it!
