Glorious 3-Days Weekend...

I've had this layout in my "pocket" for three months now. I first created it to enter an MME blog sketch challenge. I admit that my commitments now are keeping me very busy and I have almost no time to enter challenges any more. My cohorts Aubree and Michelle, once again, want to do 100 layouts between Memorial and Labor Day. We all made it last year. I just don't understand why we must punish ourselves like that!

Back to this... Most of the layouts I sit on don't end up getting posted, but I think this one is okay still to post. In fact, my blog header was inspired by the middle portion of this layout :)  I think I'm particularly in love with the 7Gypsies stamps that I used on this layout :)  I will get on posting another mini-album using these stamps one of these days :)

Beautiful & amazing page! Had to just sit & stare at all the fun tags & embellies you added here. Awesome design & great journaling. Although, I do beg to differ with you. She's beautiful BECAUSE of YOU! :-)

100 LO's again? While I may accomplish that without realizing it, I certainly would not want the added stress! LOL! Good luck to you! Something tells me you'll do it. How about an added twist to the goal? You have to actually SHOW them all & stop being overly critical! LOL

Hugs...

love the colors and all your details. Good luck with the 100 layouts - I'd never have the time (or maybe I spend too much time on each layout??? LOL)!

I love your layout. The colors are so pretty! If you can do 100 layouts in that time frame, I say go for it. What a great accomplishment!

Look at her rosy pink cheeks!! She may have Daddy's good looks .. he is a hunk ... but she's got her momma's smile!! Those cheeks HAD to be your inspiration for this color palette. What I want to know is how did you get that fabulous edge detail on that polka dot paper? Ther'es nothing bad here .. it's ALL amazing ... every little detail playing well together. But ... as always ... it's the picture that grabs and holds my attention. I LOVE looking at your pages. BRAVO!!!
