I took the kit and an add-on to a scrapbooking retreat this past weekend. I hung out with BFF Jessy and her other BFFs. It was my first scrapbooking retreat and 'beyond stressed' does not begin to describe me and my packing situation! Nevertheless, I had a good time. It did help having Tara's kit because it's all there! The kit arrived in record time so it took a lot of self-control to not dig in immediately. Here are two layouts I created with the main kit.
I am totally gaga over these Sassafras papers! And you get the full set of Sassafras alphabets in the main kit, those colorful critters!! I also only used one of the three trims included in the kit. I don't think I deserve such gorgeous trims, I do not do them justice!!!

Thanks for your lovely comments on my blog :). I had to LOL about your comment over the treatment I gave my photo in that layout - you see, I had decided to crop the photo down, as I was going with a square photo. Originally. Then, somehow things changed. And I needed the full 6x4 photo again. But I'm too lazy to print out another photo. So I fished around in my scraps bucket and found the offcuts and voila! Funny how sometimes the best effects come from your mistakes!

I have never been to a big crop, but my GF and I go away to scrap, just the 2 of us. I bring so much stuff with me its not funny, we almost need another vehicle.
