This morning we woke up to half an inch of snow on the ground. The days of leisurely photographing my projects outside are gone! Poor quality photos await me for the next six months, sigh...
Now onto projects, here's a layout that I did for the Graphic 45's blog. This is actually the first time I've ever scrapped this particular photo. I use it as my Avatar almost everywhere. In fact, this was the photo I sent to Creating Keepsakes to be used in the October 2009 issue.
Funny story: I showed my dad the CK magazine and this photo converted to black and white. He looked at it and said "How come you look so chubby in this picture?" ROTFL! Believe me, he could have said MUCH worse, e.g., "How come you look so much chubbier than this photo?" That would have been REALLY bad. As it was, this photo was taken when Second Child was only 2 months old, so the chub is understandable. *grin* My dad's perceptiveness always amazes me! I mean obviously I think the difference is not noticeable enough to use this fat picture of me everywhere! LOL
And let's not forget the layout I did for Prism's blog, check it out here!! I was so stoked that I was able to use the "From My Kitchen" Cricut cartridge immediately after I opened it, on three layouts!! Here's a peak:

Chubby? Please! I think not!
If you want to see chubby cheeks... you should've seen me 2 mos. after giving birth. I gained 40 lbs. when I was pregnant. Unfortunately Bryn was a mere 6 lbs, 6 oz. Oh & I was 10 lbs. more pre-pregnancy than I am now... so just imagine 50 extra lbs. on me. LOL!
Gorgeous Graphic 45 LO & I'm lovin' the Apples LO, too! Every time I see you use that border punch, it makes me want to run out to Michaels & buy it! :-)
Hope you're having a GREAT weekend inspite of the snow already! :-(
1/2 inch of snow?!?!? What?!?! I can't come there now!!
Love these layouts! I really must get my hands on that loop punch. And now I may also need the kitchen cartridge.
Chubby! Ha. You look beautiful, and I love the apples!

Love it that you've made the papers relevant to a story you want to tell ! That is an art in itself !
Those pieced Prism apples are just the yummiest paper ones I've seen anywhere ! go you with the Cricut !!!
I think I could be miserable with you at the prospect of a long, wintry season ! We are too spoilt by our tropical weather here if we can say that even !
